Every single driver was so opposed to filming instead of correcting their violation. That's gotta be a record. It's sick.
More than likely, the channel chose to include only those people who used that argument for this episode. It's not like they were all recorded on the same day.

Even in the States, people have this false notion that filming someone in public is against the law. I wonder how that got started?
In fact, in the street, everyone can see you; passers-by with their eyes, city surveillance cameras, car dashcams, security cameras in parking lots or shops. But it remains generally impersonal. When a camera is pointed at you, it becomes much more “intimate” and therefore illegal in the eyes of many people.
There are idiots everywhere in the world.

@@AndrewSpoda There really is no hardline on the amount of time for "fair use". The problem is really that if you end up with a copyright claim and the rights holder refuses to budge your only option is really to go to court. Obviously most people making these kinds of videos wouldn't have the money/time to fight every petty case like that so usually even fair use is frustrating to use.

Lets pretend that filming in public WASNT legal (which it 100% is)... why do they all think pointing out you're "illegally filming" is a worse offense than their illegal parking?
They are trying to remove the focus from their own offense, they do not perceive their own offense as something that is really a problem.
In reality this is 100% entitlement...I should be allowed to do what i want....Others have to adhere to strict rules, that they dictate.
Classic distraction tactic, your arguments are null and void, so you switch the blame on your "opponent". It's a classic logical fallacy, you are in the wrong because you have nothing better to do... because you have no job... because you don't have the right... because you are not nice... the fact that you are driving where you cannot, endangering everyone, is far less a problem in this dimwits minds.
Or simply the understand they are in the wrong and are angry about it and don't want to lose the argument or admit guilt.
I'm a Korean but I respect Russian men.
Here in South Korea, men arguing with women is gaslighted like it's narrow-minded and unmanly.

The period of detention before trial can be extended for up to 12 months, according to Russia's Criminal Procedure Code, if a court permits.
For technical reasons, the hearing has been postponed to July 11
