The whole point of the debate is that these guys are moving cars OFF the sidewalk, so that a mother and her 3 kids can walk on the sidewalk without fear of being hit by a car!
GENIUS! She couldn't stop talking long enough to realize that this was the whole point of this movement; to give the sidewalk back to pedestrians.
IDK why, but I thought she meant a mother (as in herself) gets dropped off on the sidewalk because she walks with crutches and has to take care of her 3 kids. Regardless these gentlemen offered to help if someone with injury needs assistance to carry their bags, in order to keep the sidewalk safe.

We get it in the states too. Go to any tow yard or Parking Enforcement office; you'll think America is nothing but crippled, disabled moms and dads who are on the verge of being kicked out of their place and starving to death, because they have to pay to get their car back. :-)

2:22 It's true, these people help carry stuff, push cars that wont start, push cars out of mud, parked someone's car for them, and in one case even backed the car up off the sidewalk for a woman that insisted she didn't know how to back up. (Even though they all say that.) I have no doubt these guys are helpful to people who really need it.
