No they don't instead of sitting in their cop car, they have to move their asses. And the ticket money goes to governament.
Depends on if they have quotas like with police in the US.
The ticket they recieve for driving on the sidewalk, is around 40 USD. In other words, if you see them in a decent/fancy car. It's not anything that will teach them a lesson. :)
Such an act needs to also carry some kind of point system on the driver's license so that if they get tickets like that multiple times in a year, they can have their license suspended for 1-2 years.

well there is a reason they just take the ticket, its like 200 rubles, for me that is less that 1/7 of what i earn in one hour. who gives a shit about the tickets if they actually dont hurt? Everyone should start doing it the finish way, where its based on your income, ( it stings as much for everyone ) like the Boss of nokia that have to pay a 116,000 euro speeding fine. THIS way make you REALLY think twice before parking/driving illegally.
She was an emotional wreck at the end of it. But i agree, that shouldn't have been the reason to treat her with kid's gloves. But compared to the kind of women we see here, she was an angel.

That's illegal and it also needs to be clear for emergency services. Notice the police car going through.
You can't do that because emergency vehicles use the sidewalks to get past traffic.

Been a viewer for awhile, still love what you guys do! The thing that makes me upset after watching, and in life in general is that people just don't learn from their mistakes because they don't take responsibility.. so in the end, the story will still be "some fuckin crazy kids jumped on my hood, damaged my property and made me more late" vs "i made a dumb call doing something i wasn't supposed to, and i got called out for it". People aren't held accountable for their actions they don't have to learn from anything. Partly why i love these videos, because they make them see their mistake, if they choose to accept their wrong is another story ;) The brain works in interesting ways, when someone is completely in the wrong like in these videos, yet they still shift the blame to the victim and you just have your eyes wide open like "WHAT!? YOUR SAYING THEY'RE AT FAULT??" because they can't accept being wrong especially in front of others. I forgot i was typing this comment because i just started searching up cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias, crazy how much more you understand peoples decisions and your own when you learn how the brain works.
It trickles down, that whole attitude, from the corrupt russian government and lacklustre police
