Me whenever I see an early 2000s cartoon do an episode on Male Pregnancy: "Aw Shit , Here we go again "

I can legit name like four different cartoons that did this, two were WB movie spinoffs(Ozzy and Drix, MIB:The Animated series) and the other two were Nicktoons(FoP and the already talked about Carl episode).
Yeah I still have no idea why but it happened.
So here's a little fun fact about Ozzy and Drix. Believe it or not, many of the things in this show were actually based on scientific facts, the germs on actual bacteria, viruses, diseases and health conditions. This one in particular was based on a type of intracelluar bacteria which grows within blood cells, which one, I'm not sure, but yeah, blood cells CAN actually be infected with parasites like this one. Leave it to the writers to do actual scientific research on the human body, and then come up with a male pregnancy plot from it.
I believe part of malaria's life cycle does involve developing inside blood cells, if I'm remembering right.
If I recall correctly its a hostile cell that grows inside of a healthy cell and uses its skin to hide itself from your bodies defenders, and then attacks the white blood cells and does the same to them. Wearing their skin like a disguise

There's also a bunch of things like scents and bonding bites/marks and heats and ruts and, yeah, there's a lot to it.

From what I remember about the episode, the bacteria that infects Ozzy came from spoiled milk that Hector drank. So Ozzy was "pregnant" with either Listeria or E. coli.
Also it wasn't explained very well, but the reason why the bacteria was defeated by pie was because bacteria thrive on sugars and lipids. It couldn't eat the sugary pie with Ozzy still wrapped around it so that's why it shed Ozzy to eat the pie.

i literally just discovered the movie this morning when i got out of bed. i was like “hey this looks pretty good, but im sure it flopped when it was first released.” (and i was right apparently)
i liked the animation, their expressions and their smiles in particular, (which made me fall in love with the villain just like most people, haha.) and continued the whole movie just now. i assumed it had a very small fanbase because of its lack of popularity.
i thought i finally found something i could enjoy without everyone sexualizing it and making it weird. i mean, that’s going to happen no matter what but, that’s literally ALL i see of this fandom.
