It's good of you to post this. After watching for a few minutes, I can see where you fell short with your speaking test. One is that you need to address your subject-verb agreement. You said the following:
They will accept accept applicants who HAS no experience
    > They accept applicants who HAVE no experience (SVA)
For the grammar test, there are four categories which was
    > There are four categories which WERE ... (SVA)
Now, the language structure of this sentence is just off: I will gonna apply again.
Why? You used two forms of the future tense - "will and going to" in one sentence. Second, you used the informal form of going to which is "gonna". Remember: I will apply again or I am GOING TO apply again.
As for the issue with your verb tenses, be mindful as well..
Then after that, I proceed to...
    > Then, I PROCEEDED to...
    You also mentioned :
so it means like I'm passed > here we see that you had the wrong structure. You used I am ( the verb to be in the present tense) but you followed this with a past tense form of the verb "passed." The correct way is " So it meant that I passed".
Just continue practicing and working on your grammar and your efforts will pay off.
I wish you all the best in your job applications

I don't think it's about your answers, dear. I'm not criticizing you, okay, but you have grammar slips here and there. I admire your courage in talking about your experience though. Review po ulit tayo. 😘💕

Thank you for sharing this video and your interview experience. Ma'am ask ko lang ano ang score na binigay sayo ng evaluator? Kaya ko ask para me basehan din ako sa score na binigay sakin ng evaluator. Thanks.

Not to sound like a grammar Nazi, but I've noticed there was a mistake in your title's grammar. The verb "made" is already in the past tense, which means another verb should not be in the past tense, as in the case of "fail." You can't do double past tense unless both verbs are happening at the same time.
