Have to ask a question ??? I have had Spinach & Mustard Greens, does the Kale greens taste like Spinach greens or something similar ???
You had a mixture of several all together, do they all still kind of taste like Spinach or Mustard Greens ??? I Love Greens & my reason for asking is canning some for my self… I’m just curious about the flavor 🤔 Yours looked so Good & I Am excited to do this myself. I love Polk Salad Too !!! Until the next one 😉💞🇺🇸

@brendajessup9722 kale tastes more bitter to me like collard greens. But it all kind of tastes the same to me once it’s cooked 🤣

Did you grow from seed or buy starts?

All grown from seed. The only starts we bought this year were tomatoes.

Please tell me more about how you use chicken waste to fertilize your garden. I understand that it needs to rest 1 year prior to using because it is to "hot"

Sure! Everyone always told us DO NOT use fresh on our garden because it’s too hot and will burn it up. I just risked it this spring and boy the difference it’s made. I wouldn’t call it “fresh”, but we’re using some that is definitely not a year old. I’ll put out a video on it tomorrow explaining how we do it because it’s hard to explain without seeing it. Hopefully it will help some! Thanks for watching! 😊
