I remember those knives and the cutting the penny in half... we didn't buy those knives... the demonstration wasn't enough even when they tried to compare our knives to theirs. 😂

I sold cutco for a few months (definitely a pyramid scheme where they targeted young people and immigrants), but I was lucky and on top of keeping my demo kit I also won a butcher knife at a random raffle lol. The scissors are amazing, but can we talk about the cheese knife? 😍😩👌🏽

Search up Primerica, look up their structure and then compare cut co’s. I was once young too and believed that stuff was an actual way to make money but very very few do. A myriad of people I knew had warned me but I got sucked into the cult of Primerica. My friend did cut co and had a very similar experience. Understand both sides of an argument and look into opinions that are contrary to yours… it will do you good in the long run.

Vir Das is known to misinterpret stuff about india and he studied at one of the most expensive boarding schools in the country. Today's it's fees is around 12 lakhs. He studied drama and theatre at Harvard. So him struggling and selling knives is hard to believe
@@anirprasadd someone else mentioned that it's common for indians to have side jobs when studying, and he never said that he was struggling, only that he didnt sell any. In fact he kinda laughs at it indicating it wasnt exactly a huge issue

Honestly, for the vast majority of middle-aged white women, Cutco knives were a solid purchase. They stay usable for a very long time, cut decently well, and had comfortable handles if you hold them wrong. Basically, they're about the best knives for people who don't deserve good knives.
