Why is it hard to ask and accept help?

Thank you! I really relate to being unable to ask for help. It feels humiliating... but I know once I switch from pride to humility I get flooded with gratitude for all the support and help I constantly receive x

Absolutely agree. Our ego is always on the way, but once we shift the perception of asking for help that's a completely different story.
