well i got to say a big big thanks for the brilliant video, couldnt get hold of any launch fluid but used wynns dpf & gpf cleaner instead 30 odd quid plus a brake cable & bit tube and around 40 minutes it was blocked kept at it put everything back together went to start it and nothing i pooed myself it wouldnt start 6-7 attempts with the odd message popping up definitely pooped myself then boom started and run it for 5 ten minutes and then took it up down motorway about 18 miles then the injector message and light went away on its own its nice and pokey again u are a star big thanks, i dont mind taking van to garage now and then but its sods law you cant get it booked in when its convenient and then you lose days wages some times more plus costs so this has really saved me big time as i said really big thanks buddy
Another little gem Baz. Interpretation of the OBD data is an art that develops the more you do it. For the DIY punter unless they have a plug in computer and have seen your video I doubt if they would suss the fault…. Or we are at the mercy of unscrupulous garages, both small and dealership’s. Garages such as yours are a rare commodity in today’s world. A good indicator is when you have to wait for an appointment. Keep up the good work Baz👍🇬🇧😎
I use a metal j shaped straw as the sleeve, and cut it in to 2 pieces, a straight piece and an elbow, 2 minutes it takes now using forte injector removal fluid, done a 1.6 Vito and a Mazda 3 this week.
So glad you said that they can take a hour😅 cause i spent a hour and a half on one in the end i had use a handbrake cable😂 the bike cable just kept tieing in knots, i was just about to give up and take the whole 🤬 pipe off, most ant that bad tho
I had 2012 toyota avensis d4d 2litre with nearly same issue bad design fault again with exhaust fumes going back into egr valve it use block up on them and u have take it apart clean out all steel pipes with cleaner great for environment
Tbh honest mate you shouldn't really have to be doing this on such newer vehicle 🙄 this shouldn't be happening in first place looks like it's a bad design fault in engine Vauxhall and Renault and Nissan use same engine
Great video , please see attached pictures , think mine is the same engine. Please see pic where sensor is , mine has a flexi connected to alloy pipe ! Is this a later revision. Have check injector system error , been poor starting even in warm weather mornings. Thanks for any input.
Can you get this intermittently? On a K9K in a duster got similar codes in memory, occasionally shows the orange heartbeat/graph fault light but goes out and codes in memory. Clear them and they don't come back for few days. Complaint is that it maybe happening when coming off of cruise/speed limiter.
Great video as usual mate, I have got renault megane 2019 and upstream pipe is blocked but no one can find it. I have been to couple of local garages but without any luck. Have you come a across any renault megane 2019 and manage to fix this problem? Thanks
Need help here guys been at reanult dealership dropped my van of new turbo new egr gasket new oil temperature sensor and exhaust pressure sensor still under boost no fault codes present tho now check injection system a had any help appreciated
think this is whats wrong with mine check injector message popped up on way back from work just looked its got jubilee clip on it so its been done previously im assuming, what other cleaner can i use buddy as would like to get it sorted before work again on monday and cant get hold of that cleaner you use until next week, what else can i use from autoparts or halfords as not sure whats safe to use any help be greatly appreciated

Done quite a lot of these now Baz....and I've had a few where I've actually had to remove the pipe to clear them #paininthearse 😂👍

You get this on volvos 4 pot diesels as well. Limp mode on at high speed and the tortoise light. Same thing just down the back on the other side.
