@@tony1685 I’ve been Catholic too since birth but I have kept my faith in the Eucharist by His grace and Jesus is physically here! And so why did you leave Him or His physical presence? So I think, That is the one doctrine you need to start to question or discover and believe in because everything Catholic will make sense…you see now you only have the spiritual presence but not his physical presence so this is not the complete revelation or fullness of Jesus…

What Catholics fail to figure out is believers who do not compromise their beliefs by going outside of scripture have never left Christ or the body of Christ the church , they have left an institution that claims authority and has embraced false doctrines. The church assembled the scriptures into the canon that we know as the bible and around 1100 AD decided that tradition was equal to scripture . That was convenient to bring in beliefs not found in the early church and then write it in as Catholic truth .
We need to stay with the scriptures and not go beyond them as the church is supposed to uphold God's word as truth not look elsewhere for their belief. 2 Tim 3:15-17 good for the old testament and valid for the new.

I think a large number of protestant ministers come to realise the truth of Catholicism, but resist the call due to the practical realities of having to find another way to support their families.
i was thinking that it's completely opposite. i believe that an honest read of the Bible will reveals clearly that it (catholicism) just can't be Christianity - there is no way.

Don't you think with my credentials I am able to perform an "honest" reading of scripture? Or that I have incredible incentives: money & marriage to move to a Protestant Church? The fact that I will never do that, means there must be something about Catholicism that has completely convinced me of its truth.

Always thus. They quote the gospel but don’t understand the words of Jesus. They don’t recognise themselves as the sinners Jesus admonishes and attempts to guide. It’s comic at one level, but has caused untold misery throughout history.

Nothing, but the children of Mary are listed in Mark and Matthew and to me that seems trivial compared to the assumption of Mary? 20 verses in the new testament name Mary as being the most blessed woman in history and being the mother of Jesus her son. Nothing else about Mary is stated, until the Roman Catholic church takes over the reigns of the Catholic church around 300AD. If you can not find your beliefs in scripture then it is a good point to stop and find out why.

My Church is sacred heart of Jesus Catholic Church. The Official name of the church is the Catholic Church, The official Teaching is the Catechism of the CATHOLIC Church , not the Roman Catholic Church.

BTW I have Catholic in-laws and I have denominational friends and neither of each group has actually read the bible. You would sort of figure that would be important after all it is God's word to us!!

Look who are converting or have already converted to Catholicism,theyre Bible Scholars,Historians,Theologians,Evangelical Seminarians,Missionaries,Intellectuals and hundreds of Evangelical Pastors,including from non denom background.Theyre not members,theyre leaders.Look who are converting to many branches of Protestantism,including non denom, theyre uncatechized or poorly Catechized Catholics. They dont even know that Jesus Christ established the Catholic church and the church gave us the Bible.once they left the Catholic church,they know everything about her and theyre all negative.they despise the Catholic church and have nothing to say good things about her,even if the church built the western civilization,pioneering the establishment of hospitals,universities,orphanages .they dont even know that the church is over 2k years old .even at this stage ,many catholics will state” im catholic,im not a christian” ,which is just so mind boggling.i usually correct and tell them that catholics were the first and original christians,since 33 AD and that our church was established by God ,not by a pastor or human only.fortunately,many ex catholics ,who have became rabid anti catholic evangelicals have now returned to the churchgradually.

CATHOLICISM IS NOT A DENOMINATION. IT HAS BEEN AROUND FOR 2000 YEARS AND IT'S UNIVERSAL WHICH IS WHAT "CATHOLIC" MEANS. DENOMINATIONs CAME AFTER THE REFORMATION WHICH WAS OVER 1500 YEARS AFTER CATHOLICISM.
