Made this for my wife about 3 weeks ago using your recipe. Absolutely fantastic! This is a killer recipe and will impress all who eat it. Love the videos Joe!
After watching numerous demonstrations on how to make the best stuffed clams, you are by far the most vibrant, informative, animated, first time user friendly, one I've seen as yet. Great job on teaching others how to finesse dishes from your homeland. Well done Sir..
Fantastic! I don't know what is better, you're enthusiasm or the recipe!
Joe, you really love your food and your heritage, I love how you're so animated while describing your recipes and ingredients
I'm definitely going to try this!!! Great recipe thank you for sharing.

Stuffed quahogs in Southeast Massachusetts!
Hi Joe!!! Did you put these clams center of oven and left them there, center of oven, even after you put broiler on? Thank you!!
Nice to see you back....haven't seen you in a minute. I love your stuff, get excited to try every one of them... I think you should seriously consider delegating some other stuff and up your videos to once a week. I haven't seen a video yet i wouldn't serve to guests..... Keep it up!!!!!!
These look absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to try them! By the way........what was the quantity of Little neck clams that you used?
So glad I hit "subscribe"......now I am in real time. I am accumulating recipes for feast of seven fishes. This is a great one. Any chance you might do a video on making Italian "cookie cake" ? How many different cookies are usually in the cookie tower?
Holiday and event recipe
Good flavors but I personally don’t put tomatoes
Do you have to eat the clams or will they keep for several hours. I want to make them for co workers so they would need to be made in advance.
Love your recipe. I have to say, you look different. Italy is good for you.
Joe , never cook the clams before you stuff them.
Deecent recipe. I still don't see your home grown basil plant?
looks good but never saw tomatoes in stuffing. Thew me off.
Skip the lemons , it overpowers all the other ingredients .
tomatos do not belong in a stuffed clam
But melted butter and hot sauce
just what the world needed - another ginzo who thinks they are a chef - snooooze
you lost me on the organic eggs...
you painted your railing !
