I have a question, do you have any recipes on using vegetables as the main course? I would appreciate seeing more of you excellent cooking. Southern Romanian recipes are full of veggies as ingredients (not to mention the salads, marinara and other delicious stuff). Few keywords for you: sarmale (stuffed cabbage rolls with/without meat), ghiveci de legume (a mixed stew of vegetables, no meat this time :P ). We have not even scratched the surface with my examples, but, have fun! Thank you Camelia for the recipe. I just searched a quick way to marinate some leftover chili! Keep up the good work!
