This is a good..... no, great, NO awesome video. Thanks for producing and editing a clean and fast video with actual instructions. Truly thanks a million for not wasting the viewers time
I agree. Great video. My search for knowledge on pickling peppers stops here. I'm off to give it a try!

Revisiting this video. I did this with a mix of Jalapeno and Habanero peppers. I almost forgot them in the downstairs fridge. I didn't follow along exactly as I sliced the peppers up first. They are really good and I've almost finished them already. I put them in sandwiches, wraps, tacos, salads, and on pizza. Plain pickled jalapenos weren't doing it for me anymore. I threw a jar of plain pickled jalapenos into the brine from these and I'll try them in a week or so. I'd love a recipe for a hot pepper jelly if you ever had the chance. I know that it's the wrong time of year to ask.
thanks for keeping it to the point. nice & easy
Straight forward and to the point, just the way I like it.
Thanks a lot Chef Glen 👍🌷🌿💕

Can you can these peppers with this recipe?
Is it okay not to add the sugar?
Can regular white vinegar be used instead?
Yes you can!
@@GlenAndFriendsCooking Thanks!!!
why are your carrots red? they're orange here in Ireland
Carrots were originally purple and red - In the 17th century Dutch farmers developed a carrot that contained higher amounts of beta carotene -- which was orange, and started growing the new orange carrots in honor of William of Orange (Their King). This caused the traditional purple, red, and even white carrots to fall out of fashion.
We still grow them here in Canada, and you can also find them in Asia.
Has anyone tried this brine yet ?
What are the measurements for everything?
As with all of our videos - all the measurements and method can be found in teh recipe on-screen and in the description box.
@@GlenAndFriendsCooking ok got it thanks 👍
Quick????
Yeah - in that they are ready in days, rather than weeks.
"Quick pickled hot peppers"..."pout in the fridge for 3 weeks" 🤔
Yep... that’s quick!
Annoying music. You making an instructional video or a children’s dance video?
@InDisskyS131 Why can't it be both? Then the kids can learn to cook while they are dancing around.
I agree
