I hate too much processed image.
HDR looks better but if we look carefully at cables above her head we can see the distortion caused by HDR while normal image may not look good but sometimes it has more details.

not much a difference but image is def not bad. How do you feel about the x3s HDR mode?

It’s not bad, depends on the light and environment for me. I most of the time I prefer normal video.
