If they put the 1in sensor from the pocket 3 into the action 5 for about $400-450 they will have a real winner. The greatest negative of the action is the small sensor and the greatest negative of the pocket 3 is the durability. An action 5 or even a small point and shoot with the pocket 3 sensor would solve a lot of problems. Great color and image quality, durability and price. I think the 20mm lens would be great on a point and shoot version with a wide angle adapter.

Yeah, if you already have the Action 4 (and you like the ruggedness and the fact it's waterproof) and you're on a budget it's cheaper to get a gimbal.
Hi, what if i get tne Pocket 3 and just hold to my Action 4 without a gimble for vlogging?
Yeah, you don’t have to have a gimbal with Action it’s mainly suggestions for people who already own the Action 4 and don’t intend on getting the Pocket 3.
I'm doubtful in buying a pocket 3 because how fragile and not weather proof it is. Is this setup better? People are saying that video quality is not really good with action 4.
Interesting. I think the video quality with the Action 4 is great.
