I'd be really interested to see the order you come up with progressing through the routines. I've created a few dedicated programs, but I want to make some other that are more like challenges rather than specifically designed to go together like my Push-Pull-Legs or XTREME Muscle programs. Think like "30 days of Bowflex" that would be more about variety and consistency than progression. Anyways, I have a Workout Journal that I think might interest you through the $3 tier of KO-FI membership. To borrow a term from Arnold Schwarzenegger, I am but a "puny guy" no additional bands etc needed for me. Thanks for the workouts you post. Any advice on keeping the wires of the Bowflex from twisting?
We upgraded ours with bands but we drilled hooks at the top next to the top pulleys and added hoops. We have the bands looped through them on both sides :) works great!
I tried a similar design (I think), one without the drilling haha. At least on my machine, it pulled the rods forward. Some of these machines curve forward at the top, some don't. Very interested to see the setup that's been working for you!

Excellent! Took me a while to find that exercise. The cables were always to long and leaning forward like that seemed to compensate for their length.

On the Exxed is the seat and back pad straight? On the Extreme SE it’s in a decline position so our angles are a little different.
