    #2023january. I agree that time between sets could be shorter. 20 seconds is fine

    Not going to lie Eric, I was a little skeptical on this one.... absolutely loved it though! Only change I made was moving the core work to the ground, This was the second half of my double (first was your Jan Tempo vid). Very ambitious morning!

    This was fun! First time using the lat bar. I could have racked more weight, but I'm still getting used to using the Xceed after 20 years on a Bowflex Motivator. Lots to learn. Maybe the timing between sets could be shorter? Thanks for doing these vids. Very helpful! #BeKind

      Love the hashtag choice. Noted on the rest time. It's hard to get it just right. This one felt about 5-10 seconds too long in a few spots. I'd rather that, than too short.
