This was fun! First time using the lat bar. I could have racked more weight, but I'm still getting used to using the Xceed after 20 years on a Bowflex Motivator. Lots to learn. Maybe the timing between sets could be shorter? Thanks for doing these vids. Very helpful! #BeKind
Love the hashtag choice. Noted on the rest time. It's hard to get it just right. This one felt about 5-10 seconds too long in a few spots. I'd rather that, than too short.
