Those shoulder raises were no joke! Appreciate the new content. Now I have 5 workouts for my Xceed to rotate through! I'm not super tall (6'1'') but a lot of times on the bottom pullies I use the cable extension piece that came with it. Not sure what it's called, but it adds enough length where I can curl up all the way.
Haha, right! When planning the workout, I was going to include more, but made a game time decision to swap in some extra bicep curls. I forgot about that extension cable. I'll give it a try. Thanks and glad you're liking the routines.
This workout made me feel strong and felt it felt manageable! I struggled keeping up because I didn’t know the lifts until the lift time had been started since they were demonstrated late. Other than that, it was great!!
Been doing many of your workouts since purchasing a bowflex exceed last year after breaking my elbow badly and continuing with doing PT at home. The workouts are excellent and easy to follow. Great job please keep them coming! I noticed you seldom use the lat pull down bar, is there a routine that you can include this?
