    What a great class. I am so pleased to have found the weekly playlist and to be able to redo some of the more kinetic and physical classes. This one might be the toughest ab class of all, which is great.

    Great practice and the meditation brought me back to the reality that I am not the thoughts and my thoughts are not the source or the future of my life. As a logic driven knowledge worker, it’s such a deceptive trap. Super grateful

    This felt so good once again! Thank you so much!! I''m in pain 24/7 and those yoga classes are one of the rare things that make me feel better. You, Vytas and Vinnie are my healers, seriously it's crazy. You all have different styles but you all make me feel better without fail! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, pain sucks so much so those classes are a godsend and a true little pice of heaven in my hell of a life ;) (I wish that was just a joke but i'm serious! ❤🙏🏻).       @@yogawithtim yea I did, tried to look into it but never really did it thoroughly. I break my bones all the time and I m not sure if it would really help with that type of pain for example.

      @@yogawithtim i m scared to try CBD 😅 my mom bought some and keeps pushing me to try it out but I don’t want it to knock me out. I m barely taking any medicine cause my body doesn’t handle them well. They forced me to take stronger meds back in the hospitals I went to but it almost killed me three times 😓 i ended up in the ER, so I m a bit scared to take anything now 😅 I use neuro simulation and it helps (a TENS unit that I wear most of the time, I just wish I could place electrodes all over my body 😂) sorry for all the details!

    Fantastic session. Thank you once again Tim. After several weeks of about 3 of your yoga workouts a week I am feeling stronger, more flexible, and more energized than I have a long time. And my stiff right shoulder is starting to loosen up. PS kayaking is hard on the shoulders...🙏
