I remember trading for about 20 Thada Adel, Acquisitor back when it came out. My buddy called me crazy.

Misleading title, I was very exciting to learn about Norn the Wary
It told us that it's been showing up in a modern humans deck gave us some background of the deck it's in
I have a Norin the wary EDH deck, and it's always fun to see him do anything outside of EDH. I've also been running Thada Adel in some of my decks for over a decade, so it's fun to see more people catching on to the fact that she's actually pretty good.
I love seeing some of the thada Adel cedh decks. It’s surprisingly effective given everyone is running the ring now
I think in commander to, with Thad’s Adel, people are speculating on the new Merfolk that turns all non basics into islands in Modern Horizons 3.
Thada is going up not because of gonti...its going up because of modern horizon 3 leaks.
If gonti wad yhe cause, she would have gone up on the outlaw deck list leaks, but didnt.
And this week webhad the modern horizon leaks with the island magus.

In the past, I have seen him with Genesis Chamber to flood the board with 1/1s.
He was a staple in Soul Sisters about 10 years ago and has basically no reprint for a 20 year old card
card is old, no reprints, has a funny deck in EDH. thats all thats needed for a high price, look at dogwater cards like doubling season xD

I actually really like the Enchanted Tales version of Waste Not and I'm surprised it's that much cheaper. The M15 version is more thematic I suppose, and maybe a little cooler, but not $4 cooler (more than twice the price.)

I have a very strong disdain for Thada Adel. For a while, Tabletop Simulator commander games were plagued by this one guy who would torment casual tables by pulling out a cEDH Thada Adel deck, consistently ruining everybody's day with tedious infinite extra turns loops, griefing tables by deleting items, cheating by organising his deck to always get specific cards, and overall being a huge trolling asshole. Every time I see this card, I associate it with this guy whose life goal is to make YOU in particular miserable.
