@@mandeepkaur-vl5nu Hey! I did have some, but this workout isn’t for the outer thigh. But if you are looking to slim down the sides of your hips I would recommend a Shirlyn Kim leg slimming workout! She has helped me lose so much weight and I would definitely recommend her 100%!! Wish you the best of luck and I could even help you with a video link if you wish
Day 4: I’ve never had thigh muscles but I’m finally able to flex and see sort of a line. I am shocked 😅😅 this works!!! I will continue to define my inner thigh muscle thank you so much ❤❤❤❤

I, being a skinny girl who is trying all ways to get bigger thighs don't think this would help your thighs get bigger cuz i just tried it and i don't think it is intense compared to the other videos I've tried which have actually helped me gain weight. :)

The side angle for the squats is not very clear. How wide is your stance?

Not around your thighs, it toned the fat I had in my inner thighs, so my fat was replaced with muscle I guess you can say that
