She almost always puts lower body twice per week in her plans, but I like upper body training much more😖 I'm quitting half way through the Friday plan (45 minutes sweaty) because I don't have the motivation for more booty. I'm gonna do a yoga workout by Boho Beautiful instead now😌
Not sure if anyone will see this but! I’ve always had bulky muscular thighs from gymnastics and hated them for years. I started running and that helped decreased the muscle some but my legs still looked big no matter how many miles I ran . Since gymnastics I’ve avoided any leg workout of fear of my legs getting bulky again. I reached the point I was ready to give up but I decided to try something different and try this workout. This workout helped me so much. Instead of bulking my legs up they have become so tone and slimmer. I think I was mistaking my leg fat for muscle and this workout has helped so much!
Okay but wait do u mean that u will lose fat? Like inner thigh and outer or what do u mean? Btw to not bulk ur legs up ALWAYS stretch after u have workout that’s like a rule hahaha

Quick reminder that fitness is a journey and is 100% fine to go on about it at your speed. It's okay if you need to take in-between rests, it's okay if some moves you can only do 3 reps of or if you can't do it all, it's okay if your abs strenght is popping but your legs are taking more time to develop, it's okay to switch between calendars. Not all muscles groups are going to develop at the same speed. For me, I have great abs, butt and leg strenght and can do a million crunches, a million fire hydrants, I do these days from the 30 mins calendar, sometimes even the 45 mins one, but I can't do 5 jumps without wanting to die or more than 3 push ups (yes, even on the knees!) so I do the cardio days and upper body strenght from the beginner calendar. I'll get there eventually, and so will you. *Pamela's calendars are there to guide you not to choke you on your fitness journey.*
See you can be motivated for a few weeks or a month even but for the transformation, discipline is needed which Pamela teaches us and we cannot be more happier and grateful for it. Whoever is reading this, I hope you reach your goals and don't give up U GOT THIS 💪💪💪

This was a great workout! I didn't feel like doing a leg workout that was really hard, but I also didn't want to do one that was too easy. This one is a perfect mix of both, and i felt a great burn! Thank you Pamela!

This is so helpful, I've been trying to slim down my thighs. Hopefully this works. I'm most self conscious about my thighs and arms 🤷♀️ so I'm really looking forward to adding this to my workout 💗

I -possibly- am, three times your age, and long, long time ago, I used to have beautiful, toned legs like yours, but the older i get the stronger my belief is that as long as we are alive we can always do something to improve the way our body looks. I did it right away after it was uploaded without my poor legs knowing that almost all of them are SQUATS! Dropped my butt on the floor about 3secs but proud I finished it! P.s. squats are like enemies to me, that's why I'm so proud of myself for finished this workout lol.

Same, that's way I skipped them because I couldn't do them because of my arms
In that exercise you’re using mostly core strength not you’re arms. Try focusing on that instead

This was a great workout! I didn't feel like doing a leg workout that was really hard, but I also didn't want to do one that was too easy. This one is a perfect mix of both, and i felt a great burn! Thank you Pamela!

I -possibly- am, three times your age, and long, long time ago, I used to have beautiful, toned legs like yours, but the older i get the stronger my belief is that as long as we are alive we can always do something to improve the way our body looks. I am going to start doing this workout at least 3 or 4 times a week. . . please wish me luck. February 28, 2022

I did it right away after it was uploaded without my poor legs knowing that almost all of them are SQUATS! Dropped my butt on the floor about 3secs but proud I finished it! P.s. squats are like enemies to me, that's why I'm so proud of myself for finished this workout lol.
