Sean is so underrated as an interviewer. You can tell that he takes the prep for these interviews seriously. It’s so refreshing that he’s not asking the standard cookie cutter questions. I think for the last few years, most people have said he is an excellent interviewer and he does his research well. I agree, the show stays fresh even though there is not much new apart from a couple of new hot sauces.

It is so interesting how the wings really do bring out the real person. No lie, the hotter it gets, the more a person just lets go or goes off and I would have never thought in million years that she was interested in all this and that gives her more character too. Funny how as soon as she got on that topic, even though it was completely dismissive of the actual question, it seemingly made her completely forget about how much pain she was just in. Love it
