There may be none who don't know about Gobi Manchurian. Mostly we all love this dish. But here we are preparing tender jack Manchurian in same method how we prepare gobi Manchurian. In this detailed video, I am with my bestie Mr. Sandesh, and we both explained the dos and don'ts to preparing a perfect Manchurian. Our senior says gujje/tender jack suits best for Manchurian. So without skipping any of these ingredients, we can make a perfect tasty gujje Manchurian.
Ingredients- vegetables- Tender jack, onions, ginger, garlic, capsicum, coriander leaves, lemon, sauces- tomato sauce, green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce, soya sauce. Other ingredients- oil for frying, salt, sugar, maida, corn flour
