Good to see our hobby reflected correctly as most of the time the finds are not great but the next hole is always exciting, thanks Adam for another good video
Great video Adam. You cannot beat the views of a beach in the morning. Good luck #onward
Thank you, Adam for showing us how stable the Nokta Double Score is operating on wet sand at the beach. It will be great to see what this detector finds when you undertake a full land search. The Queen Victoria Farthing was a very nice find.
Thanks for the video Adam, beautiful day on the beach, love the Vicky, found after a long time rolling around the sea!!😎🐓🐓🐓🐓🇬🇧
Thank you Adam for sharing your beach detecting adventures. Beach detecting is my favourite although it’s really quiet on my beach. Still you never know what is going to turn up. If I might be so humble as to suggest, just in case you run out of ideas and if you want to. When I was beginning, I couldn’t find good explanations of what recovery, iron filter, audio gain, stability, and other settings were, what their function was and the effect on the machine. So I humbly suggest maybe picking a setting per week and briefly describing what it does and why you might adjust it.
Btw I love it when you and Arron get together for a hunt. Two of my favourites. Cheers buddy. Keep on swinging 🎉
Good to see you back!
Fantastic video looking forward to getting my double score 👍👍
Brilliant adam brother love a good beavh hunt and lovey find there
Great hunt, always good to get a predecimal on the beach
Nice find glad you are feeling better.
Great Hunt... Add a strong magnet to the inside top of your scoop. It will catch some of the tiny targets.
hard day at the office today adam but the vicki made up for it
Alway look forward to your hunts.
Tip: After hunting for forty years, I find when I get to a hole in the water and the hole keeps filling in, I get a little tipped off about it, I put my detector down and take two hands on the scoop and just throw about three full scoops really fast way up on the non-water sand, most of the time it spits it out, i guess it's the old Marine in me. :))
Onward!!
let's go let's go treasure and adventure ✌👵
Thanks !!! Love the find!!!!
Nice Victoria farthing . Would love to see an air test comparison of the Simplex Ultra and the Double Score.
Awesome, love your vlogs keep it real got the double score and I’m going to a beach for the first time Saturday!
Aquí llegando a tu nueva aventura mi amigo, te envío un gran saludo y un gran abrazo desde chile 🙋♂️🇨🇱⛏️💍🗝️👍👏🤜🤛
Very nice video Adam, if you can make a video about how and when the Ground Suppressor setting is used. Thanks.
Your hunts are a lot like the treasure outdoors channel. Real life metal detecting. Just keep it real.👍👍👍👍
Hi Adam. Thank you for another great video. Wanted to thank you after the advice you gave me for settings on my simplex +. I dig so many more targets now and i found my first button and first buckle last week! Thank you!😁
Great news! Well done 👏 Glad to have helped a bit 😊
Happy hunting!
@@DTEKTSUSSEX Much appreciated! Thanks. I'm trying beach detecting for the first time next week🤞
Always honest, no bull
Thanks for letting us know the time spent.
Thanks you Adam. Great work on your hunting and I really enjoyed them. Take care and continue doing well.
The Score and Double Score appear to be doing very capable work. Watching you dig the beach each week with your sand scoop. I can't help wondering if you would be better with a spade? A sand scoop is great when you are waist deep in water, you pick up the target and sieve the sand out leaving the target in the scoop. It looks hard work on the beach stones and even the beach sand. I used a rounded end builders shovel for years until I got my Excalibur Merlin two piece travel shovel.
I prefer the scoop to be honest. Saves me having to bend and it's actually easier with the stones than a spade is (I have tried it). The Nokta scoop is something else too!
@@DTEKTSUSSEX I am pleased that you tried it, and yes it does look like a strong scoop.
Very nice Victoria farthing! Every hunt isn't filled with treasure, that's for sure. But you had a good hunt!❤
Cool hunt, looks like a great spot!
could you test the 2score on low conductors such as gold chains etc.?
As someone who’s only just started detecting, I have detected my back garden to death but due to shoulder surgery, I haven’t been able to get out until now, Can you advise anywhere to practice? I’m in Surrey but thought I might go down to the beach one day. Thanks again, Adam. PS, have you seen detect Florida a great channel? Wish we had that weather over here😂
Hi!
The beach is good if you can get there. Otherwise, contact your local council and see if they can give you permission to detect local parks.
Failing all that, contact some local land owners (farmers etc.) and see if you can get permission on their land.
I will never understand why people break the ring pull from the can, it's there to protect them from cutting their lip, I must admit when I find a ring pull I hope they did indeed cut their lip on the sharp can😂
Hi Adam could you do a comparison of Nokta detectors, the website compares in the same models ie simplex lite vs BT vs ultra but you cant compare the ultra to the score?
Hi!
I've done some comparisons already but not of the Simplex and the Score as yet.
I'll give it some thought. Tricky one because they're different technologies. The Score, being SMF, will be deeper overall...but a fair like-for-like isn't really possible.
Leave it with me 😊👍
Hello again you mentioned only one mode in beech mode regarding frequency, so does it go into multi frequency mode, on beech mode, if that makes sense. Regards
Hi,
Beach mode is multi-frequency by default. It doesn't have single frequency options...just the one multi-frequency setting optimised for saltwater conditions 😊👍
@@DTEKTSUSSEX hello. I. See, sorry for late question, might be on the lookout for the double score then, thank you
@@DTEKTSUSSEXhello again, tks for the videos , is there any were you would recommend buying the double score, UK, or best price, also as being a beginner, would you have the settings for wet beech or field if I needed. Hope you're doing well. Thanks
Hey, Adam. Could you tell me what brand sand digging tool you are using?
Hiya!
It's the Nokta Premium Sand Scoop 😊👍
Next time without headphones, so we can here how stable he is
I had the speaker on for all the targets...
The machine is remarkably stable. Especially when you consider how little set-up is required 👍
Intro sequence is UNNECESSARY 🙄
Thanks for watching...I guess...🤷♂️
