Finally we were able to get out and metal detect a beach during low tide. It paid off nicely. These rings couldn't hide from the minelab equinox 900.

Beach Mode 1 & 2
Recovery Speed 5
Iron Bias 4
Sensitivity 21-24
Ground Tracking On
All Metal Mode

Legend Settings:
Mode: Beach mode Multi Dry (MD)
Recovery speed : 5-7 (depends how trashy the beach is)
Iron Filter: 4
Stability : 1
Ground Suppressor (GS): 0 (off)
BC (bottle cap rejection): 6
Audio Gain: 1 (anything higher on the beach the machine becomes really chatty)
Tones: Ptones
Tone Volume: Max (10) on all 1-60
Tone Frequency Notches 1-10: 1 (makes the 1-10 iron signals a deep grunt)
Tone Frequency Notches 11-60: 27
Tone Break: Default 1-10 Iron, 11-60 normal tones
Threshold: Default
Threshold Frequency: Default
Sensitivity: will vary but from 23-28 depending on the beach

Nice amount of change. Too bad there weren’t more quarters. I’m also starting to collect sea glass. I’m loving the blue and green colors. Was thinking about tumbling it or finding some way of making it shiny. Nice ring finds 👍🏼😁 we are having some nasty king tides right now , Beaches are closed until at least tomorrow. We were getting 20 footers and it was crazy to see. Went out yesterday early evening right before sunset. Some really really nice cuts that i can’t wait to get out and detect in front of. Hoping for some gold here tomorrow !! 🤞🏼🍀

@@SOFLOTreasureFinds absolutley ! I’m just going the closures are lifted. Some guys ignored the closure signs but i don’t want to risk a fine. I read that you can actually be arrested for ignoring closure signs.
Very nice hunt I look on all the wrong beaches I think I will come down and split with you all rings I find on a real productive beach.

I was just telling the wife today while going through my rings. I either have huge hands or I find the mens rings with super small hands. Nothing fits me at all.

@@SOFLOTreasureFinds I live further up near Lake worth, but I'm down in FL quite often (not to beach hunt, however), I suspected that when I saw the landscape. Another question for you - when you hunt on the beaches after dark (and I love that idea since it is hot as hell during the summer days), do you ever have issues with local police? It says that the beach are "closed" after sunset. I haven't tried up here yet, but am definitely thinking about it.
Na, we never have issues. Most beaches are popping at night anyway. Zero problems. We have lake worth beach at night as well. No probs.
@@SOFLOTreasureFinds Good to know. I just wonder how dangerous it is by myself. I definitely want to hunt the Lake Worth beaches at night at some point... and I've had had good luck behind the 4 seasons... As for nighttime, I also want to try further up north in Palm Beach - off Worth blvd. Parking during the day in WPB is super expensive, so thinking nighttime may be better (both cost and places to park).
As for your videos, I find them both fun to watch and educational... in fact, yours have probably been the most educational for me (I've only been doing this since August).
I have to say, my Legend is also working flawlessly, but still dialing it in. Your settings have helped me tremendously (Thanks for that!!). Yesterday, first time I turned on BC rejection - wow, what a difference.
That said, would love to see more of Amy's videos and finds using her Legend.
