I started doing these workouts in October 2020. I am 157cm tall, and I weighed +/- 64kg at the time. I am now 54.5kg, and I have lost 4cm around my waist and 5cm around my hips. I have enjoyed every workout, and I will continue to do these every day.
@@falcon-eo8vq I did follow a diet plan. I fast until 11am, and then I weighed out my food, and counted calories. I don't really eat carbs, but I will have some butternut, cauliflower rice as a substitute in certain instances. My weight has also seemed to stay the same now, but my measurements are getting less. So maybe you are building muscle and still getting slimmer?

Love your aerobics routine. Mira Pham is my favourite online trainer. I have lost a lot of inches by just following your videos. Pls do some effective aerobics for lower body ( lower belly, hips and thighs) all together in one go. I am really struggling to lose weight from that part of my body. Much love! 💗💝

Do you follow any diet plan??? I reduce 5 kg within 2 months.. But now no weight reduce... Weight is constant now☹️
