Already do mira pham exercise ( 45minute above) for 2 month, and i do everyday . No cut sugar, no diet . Just to have fun . But my body got shape nicely . More flexibel and my waist got smaller . Love it ! Energy and music was fun ! ♥️

Your dance workout is fabulous I have reduced 3kgs body weight and also have reduced flabs and tires of my body can you tell me we have to eat diet food with this or we can eat normal food also
mira this is one of your best and my favourite workout .it has everything calf, quardiceps, triceps, shoulders and above all belly workout which is too scientific as it activates navel chakra which is the storehouse of energy. with constant thrusts , the navel chakra gets activated and we loose weight and get a glowing skin as well. i have reduced a lot of fat and weight along with diet management .gratitude
@@edithgonzalez7218 hola fijate que mi barriga bajo bastante no tome medidas pero se ve y se siente la diferencia, hago de lunes a sábado de 45 a 50 minutos, llevo control de mis porciones con Fitnes pal y baje como 2 kilos, en un mes pero antes de hacer estos ejercicios ya habia bajado 15 libras pero mi estómago no estaba plano, realmente los recomiendo
@@richagautam6518 I wear my mi fit watch...choose the exercise option in it...at the end of exercise , it shows calories burnt...and I also pause it when I take breaks so that it doesn't show extra calories burnt due to increased heart rate...

@@sandhyanair6928 do 45 min aerobics 3x a week and strength excersice twice.. can take 2 rest days in between. It will show result... try it out!!
