@@Zozy.sy89 i eat everything like chips, bread, chocolate😂just try to control your diet, In’sha’Allah you will lose weight. Diet is 80% and exercise only 40%☺️☺️☺️
@@shraddhabhan i started walking daily, i exercise daily now, but i try to eat a boiled egg in the morning, i still eat chips, chocolate, cake but in limited portions. My weight is currently 61.5kg. I advise you to control diet and eat simple daal chawal sabzi with lots of zeera water and little exercise daily. All the best.

@@madness3878 aw so sweet, thank you. Honestly my mamma did the exercises better than me (zumba) but i would walk in the garden for hours so see if you can do 6000 steps per day then gradually build up to 10,000.
My stomach got so flat after 3 of these workouts, I thought something was wrong. My shoulders aren’t aching, posture is 10 times better, digestion, and I’m full of energy and not fatigued like a lot of other workouts. Thank you!

@@sweetyg3815 yes i am eating only vegetables with fish/chicken.i skipped breakfast and finished my diner at 9pm

I thought I'd give the "Asian Wiggle" a quick try but it's neither as simple or easy as you would think! Though a bit boring because it's very repetitive, it's also highly effective. You just have to let the rhythm get you and get into a trance and keep on moving. There's no break inbetween so it's good for your condition, too. It trains the (lateral) abdomen and shakes loose the shoulders and hips as well and has a low risk of injuries as there is almost no jumping, so I think it's been put togehter well, compliments! I like combining it with traditional Zumba workouts.🤩

Estoy Feliz por que ya llevo 3 meses mas Ho menos con estas rutinas y d de verdad son muy buenas exelente resultados y ahora envio mis fotos a mis amigas para que miren mis resultados claro que eran solo kilos de mas pero mal distribuidos p q estaban en la espalda y estomago y siendo que antes de tener hijos tenia un cuerpo casi perfecto se notaba , ahora gracias a ustedes Estoy regresando a mi cuerpo de soltera. okay so I did this for 12 days (can't do the rest because of a minor surgery) and I didn't lose weight BUT I noticed my arms is a bit thinner and my butt area a bit toned...also almost every inch of my body moves with this exercise and sweat a lot
so I still think this is a really good exercise
Down 20lbs doing this exercise daily. Love it 😊

(I only did this exercise everyday without stopping. I fasted for 2/7 days and also tried to eat healthier. (Less rice, eating ice cream only once in a week, drinking plain water only)
I'll be doing this for 2 weeks first, let's see how it goes for the 2nd week. 😁

I don't know how but my previous comment got deleted. Anyway, this is my 7 day results. Yes, I didn't complete challenge cause it cramped my feet and I had stabbing pain in my stomach half way through workout.
Results : I gained 0.5 kgs instead of losing. It might be my mistakes, it might not work for me but it can work for you.
