For anyone who's watching this and feeling like they need to lose weight or if you're overweight and you just put it off saying you'll start later, please don't. Start now. I know people give a lot of advice but it's a plea to you. You think that you can start later cause you have no problems, but you will develop them. It might not be 'too late' but it'll be even more difficult to do it than it is now. Moreover later..you'll have even more weight to lose. I'm obese and honestly I always felt like I can start later I have no issues apart from Pcod which is common among women. It's hard, believe me when I say I wish I started earlier. Being overweight, you have a risk of having flat feet or a fallen arch, that hurts so bad when you workout, it becomes so painful. Because of the weight, you can develop ingrown toenails, I've had surgery for this and this set me back by months. I now have another ingrown nail and can't wear closed shoes. My PCOS has me feeling exhausted and the medicines which you think you can just 'start some day and it'll be all good' , cause nausea, dehydration, an upset stomach. Not to mention, heavy, lengthy periods. I've lost 10 kgs but the struggle is real, especially with all these problems. I honestly wish I started earlier and never gave up. It's probably not going to be too late for you, but it will be even more difficult as you get heavier. Make small lifestyle changes now please.
I absolutely love these workout! Haven’t checked the scale but I have seen so many changes: energy levels are up. Clothes feel looser. Body has less fat. Will continue to do this routines everyday plus my 10,000 steps a day for a month then weigh myself.

I've started this exercise and it's been a month. I won't be weighing myself every day because water weight fluctuates and because of my Pcod losing weight is extremely difficult (I don't want to expect too much too soon). I will be back in another month to let everyone know how well this worked. For now all I have to say is that this is one of the toughest workouts I've ever done, and I'm practically dead after and sore all over. It targets, your stomach, hips, thighs, legs, arms, and back.

@@fanofkmusic sure. I'm glad to be of my help My starting was 125 kgs and I don't do any other exercise I do eva fitness workouts throughout the week. I have been on a very strict diet though. No sweets, no junk, no red meat, no chips and no preserved food. I stopped eating rice too. I have a heavy and heathy breakfast made from dals, we call them 'cheelas', and occasionally muesli. For lunch I have lettuce/bell peppers/ with chicken either baked or cooked on a non stick pan with little oil. I make cauliflower rice too. I also have cucumber salads, chickpea salads, black bean salads. If I'm hungry in the evenings I have these protein bars or I keep little leftovers from my lunch. For dinner I stick to soups, chicken soups, tomato soups, veg soup, and I have a big bowl Sunday is when I eat food prepared by my parents, but still in moderation, with little rice for lunch to satisfy my cravings. I have cheat meals once every month, but that too in moderation.

My Samsung watch showed 223 calories burned. I'm about 150cm and 47 kg. You should keep in mind that the taller and heavier you are and the more intense your movements, the more calories you burn. Great workout!
I watch you video n do it everyday😆 which ever pop up i just click it n do it. been doing it for a week. and my waist got smaller. from 31 to 29inch 😆 love ittt.

To those asking if this is a burn 500 calories workout, for me it isn't. I just did this exercise and clocked myself as burning 328 calories. This is my second time doing it, and the results have been about the same. I weigh 54.4 kg @ 157cm (about 120 lbs @ 5ft 2in). Like most people, exercising seemed like a good use of time during quarantine. This exercise is closest to Taebo (minus the leg exercises). Most of the twisting and standing crunches help with slimming down and toning. But you try to balance slimming exercises with those that strengthen (e.g., some yoga moves - boat and chair etc). With all that said, this is the MOST fun workouts I have done. I sweat a buttload HAHA. I definitely have definition on my abs and my thighs seemed to have slimmed down a little (as exhibited by being able to wear a pair of cargo pants HAHA). So, do it for fun! Do it because you get to move! You will be toned .. weight loss, eh, that depends (partly because you have developed muscles and those take up weight =) ). GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE .. and probably see you all at Eva Fitness's next exercise session!!

I lost 315 calories from this exercise according to my fitness watch. (I'm 47kg/153cm) for the same duration, it's much better than cycling, which i used to do (burns around 240 for 37 mins) and much more enjoyable!
I did it and for me was 426 calories, maybe it depends from the intensity.. anyway, the best is moving and feel amazing, doesn't care what kind of sport we do!

I usually do Strength and cardio workouts. This one was very easy for me..I tried this after reading positive comments. Don't know whether it will be effective..But hopeful.I try these workouts on sore days..

My favorite video of Eva was the 50-minute 500 cal workout, but then i saw this video and found the same calorie burn. This is more intense and it is only 37 minutes , but enjoyed! Please make more videos…🙏🏻 ☺️

I love the music and the steps aren't too hard to follow. How do I know if I'm doing the belly part right? It was my first time and i felt like I was squishing my organs, I had to stop. I felt a little cramping.

I lost 315 calories from this exercise according to my fitness watch. (I'm 47kg/153cm)
for the same duration, it's much better than cycling, which i used to do (burns around 240 for 37 mins) and much more enjoyable!
I did it and for me was 426 calories, maybe it depends from the intensity.. anyway, the best is moving and feel amazing, doesn't care what kind of sport we do!

@@veraluciaamorim5088 ei perde sim, comecei fazer so por brincadeira mesmo, depois de uns 15 dias todo mundo tava dizendo q to muito magra. Dai nao paro mais faz um 2 meses q faço e ja perde medidas da cintura. Vc percebe com roupas q antes eram apertadas na cintura e hj não mais. Adorooooo essas aulas.😍😍😍 perdi 4 klos

Ohh my God I was drooling in my own sweat. I workout bare-feet ( I m comfortable) I was about to slip in one of those drops of sweat. Btw feels so energetic after this.
