One time I needed a manager to come do something and they were taking a while, the customer kept being like “so they got you out her with no training huh” “man I didn’t know they just send you out here to work with no training” I was so hot bruh like why you gotta say all that.

I a cashier at Walmart so I know what it’s like wen people come through my line with alcohol and I have to get a team lead or coach to come for a keyturn🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love how accurate the customers, "Working Hard? Or Hardly Working?" joke is. I used to work retail and I got so irritated hearing that. Every customer would say it with a laugh like they're the first person who's ever thought to say it. And I always wanted to reply, " you're not even the first person to say that joke TODAY. In fact, you're the 5th just since I got back from lunch"
I never worked as cashier, but I worked as as a door greeter at Walmart for years. One of my tasks was printing labels for returns. Sometimes a problem, such as the printer being slower, would happen. Some customers would mouth off over something like that, which was beyond my control. Out of all the rude ones I dealt with, only a very small number of them would later apologize.
Bruh I work in Walmart seasonal and occasionally get called up to do register. I didn't get any training aside watching my manager do it, if you know how much I relate to this video..... Gosh😭😭💀💀

This brings back way too many horrible memories of waiting at the checkout on your manager to come over and you need to make that awkward small talk with the customer just so they don’t lose it. The trying once more to put it through is the perfect way to grab yourself a few minutes of restbite from having to just awkwardly talk to anyone.
I always hit em with “oh yeah? I can tell” with my eyes wide and then I just keep trucking and leave it up the customer’s interpretation of why I said that.
@@Mattm182 I usually say "you did a good job, do you have some you could give me?" Damn customers think I came up with that on the spot every time 🤦♂️

Worked at Dollar General for almost 4yrs. We lowly cashiers had to wait _every single time_ for the ASM or SM to do our returns/exchanges or to take an item off the purchase. I never became 3rd key since I’d be working longer hours for 50 cents more an hour so screw that. This is pretty accurate tho LOL
I don't have Walmart experience, but when we ask OUR managers for help with something while a customer is waiting, they wanna quiz us on the policy by asking us ALL the details of why we need their help (like we didn't already tell them), then reciting the official policy to us, and then asking us one step at a time "Did you ____? Okay then did you try ___?" Meanwhile the customer is still acting crazy with us.

I worked the service desk at Walmart. A customer brought in some cans to recycle that weren't in the recycling machine's registry, despite being carbonated and having a deposit listed with my state on top. The support manager got involved when the customer asked for a return voucher and ordered me to refuse. There were three cans. Thirty cents. She pulled me aside and told me I had to tell him we couldn't take them. I walked back over, made a return voucher for three cans and sent the customer along. The support manager immediately pulled me into the store manager's office and made me explain myself. It ended with a "listen to her next time." All she wanted out of it was to assert her authority. But she was a joke. Her job was to walk around and put in a password, and her getting involved usually resulted in me getting yelled at by customers and making my day harder than it needed to be. When I finally transferred out of that store, the last hour of my last shift, she found me and told me I should be grateful, because apparently she had the final say in whether or not I got the transfer. I told her "Yeah whatever, Miss Walmart. I didn't ask you," before walking away from her ass. Most obnoxious supervisor I've ever had in my career, and let me tell you: I've had a long career.
I remember working for Walmart and I had to hustle hustle hustle but my manager could take her sweet ass time, just so leisure and comfortable while employees have to handle irate customers.

ion even be giving af. I’m getting paid to stand here & wait on this manager while you complain. he was tryna be funny but the joke’s on him 😂
@@YokoPoko56 on god
Unbelievably rude I had a customer who thought they could use their points card which is used to only collect points to pay for their groceries, gets heated and says I need training! I would have caught him outside if I quit that day.
I a cashier at Walmart so I know what it’s like wen people come through my line with alcohol and I have to get a team lead or coach to come for a keyturn🤣🤣🤣🤣
"why are you up-.. NVM I'm not even gon ask" you couldn't have hit the mark any better than that, lol insanely accurate
Managers and supervisors really be taking they sweet ass time getting to those register alerts
It be like that though. They go from, "Go ahead, take your time," to "I'm In A hUrRy!," in a blink. :/
Every Walmart manager has a southern accent lol
That opening joke spoke right into my soul. It's as bad as "you look like you need something to do."
Love your videos man. I haven’t seen anyone else be as accurate as you when portraying Walmart lol
Thank you so much
This dude is on point!!!! I worked customer service for almost 4 years and he ain't told a lie about non of this lmao!!!
“Working hard or hardly working” the infamous old man phrase
“Working hard or hardly working, hahahaha” / “working hard 👀😒” omg I felt that in my soul
Bruh I work in Walmart seasonal and occasionally get called up to do register. I didn't get any training aside watching my manager do it, if you know how much I relate to this video..... Gosh😭😭💀💀
Only took me 3 weeks working at Home Depot to realize just how much people seem to enjoy verbally beating up on retail workers. Also realize now that I used to be one of those people 🤣🤣
“Working hard or hardly working “. Accurate 😂 convo in just about every workplace.
I'm at work rn sitting in the stock room watching this. I get the "working hard or hardly working" alot. I about lost my shit lol.
I HATED that workin at sams😂 wait bout up to 30 mins for dem to do a lil key turn or sum dat take 5 seconds😂💀💀 they be walking like they tryna do a dam grand entrance or sum
I got one for you. When I check 100s, 20s, and 50s at the register, I'm getting sick and tired of the "It's real. I just made them" comments. 😂😂😂
I always hit em with “oh yeah? I can tell” with my eyes wide and then I just keep trucking and leave it up the customer’s interpretation of why I said that.
@@Mattm182 I usually say "you did a good job, do you have some you could give me?" Damn customers think I came up with that on the spot every time 🤦♂️
True, people, should bring proper change or understand that lager bill have to get checked
Story of my life every single day as a pharmacy tech.😂
Exact reason why I quit working pharm tech in retail. Sh!t was messing with my psyche!
I was in school to be a pharmacist and I had to do some tech work for some training hours. Man I did that shit for one week and change my whole major. There’s no way a human can live like that Monday-Friday. That job need to be for robots. That job and Starbucks in the airport are the two stressful jobs I ever had in my life
@@bigpimping15 it often baffles me why retail pharmacists stay with these abusive establishments.
I work in a compounding pharmacy and it’s so much better. Never have to interact with customers. Just make medications in a lab
Bro knows every thought and actions at Walmart!! Walmart veteran asf
Making all them promises that’s on you lmao
“Lemme type in the U P C” ppl that have worked retail really know this 😂😂
Worked at Dollar General for almost 4yrs.
We lowly cashiers had to wait _every single time_ for the ASM or SM to do our returns/exchanges or to take an item off the purchase. I never became 3rd key since I’d be working longer hours for 50 cents more an hour so screw that.
This is pretty accurate tho LOL
The pinpoint accuracy you do in all these.
Nothing piss me off more than not finding a manager to help. They would never be in the store.
Lol 😂😂😂 this is too true though, it really be like the for real though. This channel has easily become a top 10 of mine on youtube anyone else.
This is so accurate like always they must’ve had you fill different spots kay congrats 500K
Gold content. 100% accurate every time.
Thank you 🙏🏼
I don't have Walmart experience, but when we ask OUR managers for help with something while a customer is waiting, they wanna quiz us on the policy by asking us ALL the details of why we need their help (like we didn't already tell them), then reciting the official policy to us, and then asking us one step at a time "Did you ____? Okay then did you try ___?" Meanwhile the customer is still acting crazy with us.
You be killing these Walmart ones back to back it’s so accurate 😂😂😂
I start sweating when things go wrong.
I hate the pressure of having to call the manager, especially when they’re super busy 😅.
Bro the worst part is when you have someone trying to return something that’s not even sold at Walmart. For example Store brand drills that are only sold at Home Depot or insignia TVs that are only sold at Best Buy. Customer try to argue and tell u they got it here yeah no way KAREN!
I work at an AMC theater where our managers office is a floor above where we all work and whenever we ask a manager to come down for something and they say they're on their way but they take like 5 minutes and it's so awkward waiting there lmao
becoming manager hit different only because of the fact that you no longer need the f***ing OVERRIDES my goodness.
Am I the only customer that comes prepared? 🤣🤣🤣🥴I always have my receipt with the item marked on the receipt so they don’t have to look thru each one 🤷🏾♀️
If there is a rewards card, I have that and my payment ready. I also don't put my items that I am buying on the counter in a jumbled up mess. I feel like I'm the only person that does that. Lol.
This dude is the realest, most relatable content creator out here! I can truly feel these skits. 😆
“Working hard or hardly working?” Legendary line
anybody ever had they manager fix a problem u been having with a customer purchase for like 30 minutes only for the next person to have the same problem u just be sitting there praying that a manager come help and its always when theres like 1 register opened so u either gotta call other co workers alongside the manager glad i dont gotta do that anymore yall know that struggle.
I had a long day..and came here for a good laugh...and LMAO... this man needs a role in a movie..his content is too accurate...we can relate to his jokes..
I worked at Walgreens at this feels soo accurate i remember one person was trying to return something a year later (can’t return it anymore) and she had me bring my manager just to explain she couldn’t return it and to make the matters a bit funnier she had a different item than what the receipt said.
Guess it’s a bit different being at a bank, but I just kick back and bullshit around with the customer. Just gotta print out a sudoko puzzle and you’re good lmao
I love the EEO posters in his skits lol
The worse is when you have to make small talk with them 😂
This is literally how I feel when I'm waiting for someone to come take over an escalated call at my job.. Customer already be mad and I gotta wait til you ready. 🙄
Them dog gone overrides 😂
That "lord have mercy" 🤣😂🤣😂🤣. Typical customer attitude
“I bought it here last week!” *Scans with TC* “Item cannot be found in home office”
He even got the random poster in the back lol
working hard or hardly working🤣
I swear I seen this dude in. Norfolk Virginia smoking a blunt at military circle mall
I hate when customers are all happy at first and then a couple minutes later they're all mad and rude, its like i thought they were gonna be good customers and then they just backstabbed me
You know they ain’t buy it there 😂
That's Dat Hurt when you in a rush... 🤦🏾♂️ Might as well chill for a bit lol too accurate!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Damn this guy can write a movie of him staring every character
I love the Walmart ones man 😂😂😂
“working hard or hardly working?… i’m working hard 🙂” shit killed me
