Bruh how long did you work at Walmart..I never have but I feel like I could lie and say I have after watching all your videos...now is Bryson gonna get a job at Walmart when he graduates?
People just do it half way though. They find a task that requires 2 hours of work. They find a really smart way to do it in 1 hour. Then management takes notice and starts giving them more work. The idea is to take the 2 hour task, then spread it out for 2 hours while doing 1 hour of work so that way you aren't stressing yourself, rushing, or overworking. Now you are working smarter, and not harder. It's not your job to take your idea of faster work and gift it to the company for no value. They gave you a task that they trained you on for 2 hours, it's going to take 2 hours unless I get some sort of benefit for doing it in 1 hour.
Well maybe if everyone wasn't slacking off all the time and actually worked. I've been to a lot of these Walmart and the employees are a bunch of young high school kids who just slack off and when you ask for help, they act like they can't be bothered.

I mean I guess you would mistaken me for an eager beaver but you’d be wrong. I literally prefer being a cashier over working 12 hour shifts as a manufacturing technician. Me scanning groceries “fast” isn’t me trying to be a try hard. It’s just how I like to work. I like moving around at work to stay awake. I know the company don’t really care about me. I’m not there to make friends. I’m there to make money but at the same time I do value having spare time for other things so I like not having 12 hour shifts. I’m someone with social anxiety too so I decided I’d confront my fear and become a cashier. So far it’s working out great despite how much of a nervous wreck I was on my first week. Wether or not my coworkers appreciate my work habits is not my concern as long as I’m doing my job correctly. If someone doesn’t like my speed when I’m scanning groceries then they can kick rocks and move on to another lane because I ain’t slowing down for them. Ironically these very same coworkers will complain when the lines ain’t moving fast and they’re the customer. Kinda hypocritical.
