I grabbed a hold of him in front of city guards lol they didnt want to help me but they called the cops who caught him on a bus thru cctv. Then I learned staff mustnt chase after shoplifters and its actually calculated by the company that paying for security is a higher cost than what people steal. That was when I started doing it myself
