GsKers pag may time po kayo panoorin niyo sana lahat ng health videos ko. Prevention po ang main goal natin. Kaya habang wala pa nung sakit na tinalakay panoorin para malaman at makaiwas. Napansin ko kasi kulang ang interest sa health unless may sakit na. Sana ma-appreciate ang efforts & time ko sa kada lecture na ginagawa ko. Mahirap mag-isip ng topics at ayaw ko din naman na tulad ng ibang doktor na reaction video o mga kontrobersyal issues lang pinapatulan i-vlog. Please don’t get me wrong, hindi po youtube revenues ang habol ko, kung yan din lang edi nag araw-araw at maya’t maya ako nag-vlog. It’s not about the money, it’s reaching out for more people to be educated & entertained in my simple ways. Interactive din ako sa inyo. Pansinin niyo po na sa iba di nga kayo sinasagot sa mga tanong niyo at screened o pili lang mga comments na open sa public, ni pusuan message niyo di magawa at may admin (ibang tao managing their channel) at IT experts pa. Dito po ako lang lahat mula sa selection of content, flow of discussion, images, infographics, pati pag-iisip ng jokes, kanta at sayaw 🤣. Of course, with the support of my wife - the camerawoman. Hello po doc. Dati ako losartan 50mg maintenance ko. Ngayon 100/90 ang bp ko, kelangan po bang itigil ko na? Salamat.

Bakit po ang blood pressure ko sa umaga ay mataas. 150/85 sometimes naman ay 160/80 or 147/85 pagdating sa hapon ay 140/84 or 139/87. Ano ang gagawin ko, natatakot nga ako kong bakit naging ganito ang BP ko.dalawang doctor na ang pinuntahan ko pero hinde nagbabago mataas parin. Dati ang aking tinitake ay cozaar [losartan] 100mg, dinagdagan ng metoprolol 50mg after 2 weeks hindi naman nagbago. Balik ako sa doctor inalis ang losartan pinalitan ng telmesartan [micardes] 40mg. Ngayon ang iniinum ko ay telmesartan at meteprolol Ngayon mag 2 weeks na gayon parin.Ano gagawin ko doc. I am 76 y/0 na si Melisa po ako

Thank you so much Dr. Totoo po mga sinabi ninyo, noon po lagi akong sinasabihan ng family Dr ko na mag exercise kc malaki ang tyan ko sabi ko wala po akong time pagod na sa work. Sabi nya “You have to give some time for yourself”. Totoo din po ang sabi nyo hindi puro dasal kailangan may gagawin para tulungan ang sarili. So mula po noon at hanggang ngayon binigyan ko po ng time ang sarili ko. Prayer Time, Exercise, Rest, Self Descipline sa pagkain at avoid stress. Ngayon po Salamat sa Dyos under control na ang hypertension ko at sabi ng Family Doctor ko Very Good! God bless you and more power!
