Right out the gate the DA's argument is a contradiction in and of itself. Refused a breathalyzer? Is that a misdemeanor, or a felony?
It's not uncommon for bartenders and cocktail servers to drink or take shots before, during, or after a shift, while closing the establishment, or even after hours. I've seen plenty of cocktail servers get cut at 1:30 AM and have a couple drinks and a couple shots before last call at 1:45. The bar industry is full of amateur alcoholics and professional drunks.

Has anyone noticed the cop behind the prosecutor's desk swinging his shoulders to and fro? Body language dictates either extreme nervousness, autism or drug intoxication. He just can't stop.
Could also be back problems. I do something similar, because while doing something active like hiking or playing sports is not a problem, sitting or standing with my back still for any length of time becomes very painful.
Yeah I agree I've watched a lot of these videos, and you never get to hear whether or not they were found guilty or innocent! It would be nice if they would tell you the truth and let you know what happened, because just showing that part of the video and people don't know if she was found guilty or not, they could say they won, but did they really?🤔🤔🤔🤔

I watched his cases and last one with the semi driver ended in Guilty for no seat belt and guilty reckless driving the driver left with only a fine of $150 in tickets. Just started listening and I hear a lot of almost, 3 feet from the kerb is where cops always stop their vehicles. Odd with the smell of vomit the cop can still smell the odour of alcohol beverage.
Why does the officer need to testify? She is testifying for him and her opening statement. What is the jury going to hear that is different from what she is saying in her opening statement?🤔
Because her not being there means she is taking someone's word for what happend..aka "hear say" you need someone that was there to testify that they actually experienced the situation not that someone told them that is what happend..

Did I hear wrong when I heard the prosecutor saying she hit another vehicle while she was on the road. Because when the cop pulled her over he said she almost hit another vehicle but she did not hit another vehicle that prosecutors lying
And I know most people can't walk backwards like the one foot behind each other like she did on the video even while sober so she was drunk she would never be able to do that

Why can't you provide the link to the video instead of saying "it's in the playlist". Your titles of episodes, mostly, do not include the defendants name on which to "search". If you have video, just provide the damn link. Most RUclips channels provide that courtesy. In this case, it seems like the video is your only evidence. From what we just heard without you providing that evidence, seems like a tough case for your client to win on verbage alone. Christ, you are a lawyer, provide the evidence.
