It’s amazing to me the people who think Karen Read is guilty they just ignore the facts about the McCabe’s and Albert’s inconsistencies.
DNA doesn’t lie. John’s hair and DNA were found on the taillight housing!! Even if you thought the taillight fragments were planted, you can’t explain how John’s DNA and hair ended up on Karen’s vehicle ….unless she backed over him going 27mph. She is an evil woman to not only run him down but to let him lie there and die over several hours. Then, she tells Jen she left him at the bar.😂😂 she was obviously hoping that no one saw her at 34 Fairview. Real sicko, that woman!
But they aren't the ones being accused so they must be innocent! Only guilty people end up on trial!

Here is my theory, John was in the house, John had an altercation in the house with someone. That someone (s) beat the living crap out of him (rips in his shirt and sweatshirt look like bar brawl damage) The dog got involved chewing up his arm. He was then knocked unconscious and thrown out onto the lawn. "hos long to die in the cold" happened and luckily Karen Read appeared to hang the blame on.
She didn't appear. They repeatedly called her until she finally answered and started coming over. THEN they called the cops. They 100% set her up. Based on Colin's behavior and history of habitual intoxication, it's my bet that he started the fight with John because he didn't know him. Higgins (and maybe others) jump in and killed John. They spent several hours staging the scene and cleaning up and then called Karen to get his DNA on her, then called the cops.
Villains.

The current understanding, as mention by DUI guy in this video, is that they didn't come up with the Karen story until after their first statements. Apparently they first wanted to make it look like it was the snowplough.

I have a brain injury and even I can remember things better than she can. Seriously, I have a permanent disability and I have groups with others that have TBI's and this isn't normal.

The best line I heard in this case is from a guest on The Young Jurks. Brian Barreira said "This will be the 1st trial when the jury will come back with a WTF verdict". So far it's a WTF trial and the CW hasn't shown ANYTHING to show that KR is responsible. OFFICER John O'Keefe deserves the best of the best of an investigation as a police officer who served for 16 years. All Officer John O'Keefe got was one of the worst investigation, he was shown no respect by his peers, he was shown no honor as an officer etc etc.
The sad thing about this fiasco, is that the O'Keefes believe that LE was doing their job and it seems they still believe it regardless of the evidence that shows that LE showed no respect to John to do a proper investigation. I do hope that after the trial, the O'Keefes don't give up and fight to find out the truth.
I saw in comments on another video that O’Keefe’s father got up and walked out during either Jen McCabe’s testimony or maybe it was Higgins. JO’s father was a police officer, too, iirc.

Ask questions in chronological order, allows a memorized story. Out of order makes you recreate in your mind what you have said previously.
If you tell the truth, it's easy to remember it. If you are deceptive, it's difficult to remember all the different lies told.

Jenn McCabes flippant, argumentative, nasty attitude leads me to believe she is a “mean girl” that probably peaked in highschool. I hope when she watches her testimony back she is ashamed of herself and the guilt eats her from the inside out for the rest of her life. Thank goodness Karen had the money to finance her own legal defense. We all know public defenders are overworked and might not have the time or the team to launch such a rigorous and detailed defense. Yanetti and Jacksons passion in defending Karens innocence shines so bright in every statement or question they ask because they truly know she is innocent. It seems like Lally and his team put together their case and it sounded really good on paper but now that its being presented to the public, its not so great. It doesn't even sound like he believes Karen is guilty. I'm super curious to know if the prosecutors office was even given a choice in bringing charges or if there was an order sent down from someone shady higher up on the totem pole.
If ASPD had a face, she'd be it.
This really is The Trial of the Century. These 'Sopranos' definitely set Ms Read up. None of them will be brought to justice but for the love of God, let Karen go!

My husband and i own a farm amd live way out in the country. That being said he works 7days a week 16+hrs in summer doing field work he doesnt ever keep up on anything other than sleep work and eat and since i ahowed him your video he sits with me and watches them now when he gets out bc je wants to see how this plays out. I haven't gotten to watch too many cases all the way through, but from the ones I've seen, I've never seen a witness editorialize things so much, and usually when it happens, the judge will admonish them to make them stop doing it.
