Parkland shooting trial the judge was unfortunately pushed to the max too. I think the judge here has been patient and this is more trying to get things added onto the trial. The case needs to be over as theatrical behaviour of all of the defense attorneys think this is a show. A man lost his life here.

Reed’s county police officer and Proctor’s testimonies seem to differ, did I miss or heard incorrectly. 1. They both said other was there first. 2. Local officer said crack in tail light and small piece missing. Proctor said Large pieces. walked “down” driveway🤔 Reasonable doubt so far.

Sergeant Barros: ‘…that tail light was NOT COMPLETELY DAMAGED; it was CRACKED and…A PIECE was missing, but it was NOT COMPLETELY DAMAGED.’ Pieces of plastic subsequently appeared through February 2022 on the 3rd, the 8th, the 11th and 18th (with some large red plastic pieces significantly discovered by Proctor), and being submitted to the lab on March 14th, (giving a total of 29 ‘tail light’ fragments). On the stand Proctor states , ‘You can see that LARGE PIECES OF IT ARE MISSING.’ which directly contradicts the previous testimony from Barros. When Proctor takes out the tail light in the court room, he holds it upside down, for a while obscured by the bag and with what would have been the red section turned away from the jury. Pausing the video shows the majority of the larger red plastic section is missing, which clearly conflicts with the (only reliable) description from Sergeant Barros. Barros also states that at 2.30 pm on 29 January 2022 PROCTOR was already stating that Read’s vehicle ‘was involved in a homicide’, BEFORE HE HAD EVEN SEEN IT!
In my state judges cannot behave unprofessional & or bias, nor make unprofessional nosies. Is there a person of the bar or who chose her to be a judge? Or is she voted in to her postion? She had been asked to step down & she refused. She wants to be on the movie or documentary. I was told she is slso related to a member of the families that are under investigation in this trial. People who are so upset with "auntie bev " behavior. Could email the bar or county commissioner about her unprofessional behavior on the bench.

I have always struggled with how I feel about those responsible for investigating, prosecuting and judging / punishing guilty people “helping” their tasks a little bit or more than a little bit. Today it is the first time I definitely feel that I prefer Karen Read and Young Thug going unpunished than to accept that this is the process in a democratic, free country. Not even those in the Lori and Chad Daybell case did any of these things here and they all probably would have desperately wanted to.

She is the court reporter. It’s called a stenomask. It allows her to speak without being heard by others and to keep background noise away from the microphone. It’s connected to a computer and uses voice recognition software.

This broad is SO guilty. Motive: Every woman in this click of women she hung with ALL had a husband who was a part of Law Enforcement. That means a good income, they all had nice homes and they had kids. So ALL of these women had a nice, secure family and these women would collect their husbands pension and inherit their homes and savings. Karen is the ONLY one in that clique who wasn't married to a police officer, therefore giving her NO financial security, AND she felt that her dead boyfriend was drifting away from her. Cheating on her in Florida and flirting with others. She was SO pissed and JEALOUS that night, thinking her dead boyfriend went to visit his ex, she was in a RAGE and got into her vehicle and once she knew where he was, she backed that Lexus RIGHT into him. ALSO, before anyone even KNEW where he was and that a vehicle might be involved, she was screaming "DID I HIT HIM"? "IS HE DEAD", "DID I HIT HIM"???? THEN when she goes out with her friends looking for him, only SHE screamed for them to stop, because she saw her dead boyfriends body. IT WAS TOTALLY COVERED WITH SNOW AT THAT POINT. The gray haired middle aged broad knew that her time was running out to find financial security and KNEW that her boyfriend was about to dump her, SO, "IF I CAN'T HAVE HIM, NOBODY GETS HIM". She killed him because she was FURIOUSLY JEALOUS and KNEW their relationship was on its way out. She wasn't going to spend her middle aged life working at Walmart. She's guilty of Second Degree Murder at MINIMUM (can't prove that she INTENTIONALLY killed him, but she sure as hell was out to hurt him and he ended up dead. @BoxerClover don't be too sure about that, this jury has witnessed serious levels of inappropriate activity from professionals that shouldn't be doing it, for example cutting up SIM cards, butt dialing phones the magically unlocked when they were sleeping, every time a witness for the prosecution is argumentative with the most basic things in front of the jury makes it more likely she will be found innocent.
I am new to writing responses on social media, but I have to weigh in on the behavior of the Court, the prosecutors, and how the defense attorneys are treated by both entities. The commnents mentioned here about the juduge sighing are so true. Also, I did not see where anyone mentioned that judge ends court for the day once the defense starts to dig in on cross examination. I wish I could leave my job when my clients get on my nerves.😮
Why are there so many people who think they can see the jurors? I keep seeing comments during the live video indicating things about the way the jury is looking or feeling. You can not see them and they have never shown them.

Sergeant Barros: ‘…that tail light was NOT COMPLETELY DAMAGED; it was CRACKED and…A PIECE was missing, but it was NOT COMPLETELY DAMAGED.’ Pieces of plastic subsequently appeared through February 2022 on the 3rd, the 8th, the 11th and 18th (with some large red plastic pieces significantly discovered by Proctor), and being submitted to the lab on March 14th, (giving a total of 29 ‘tail light’ fragments). On the stand Proctor states , ‘You can see that LARGE PIECES OF IT ARE MISSING.’ which directly contradicts the previous testimony from Barros. When Proctor takes out the tail light in the court room, he holds it upside down, for a while obscured by the bag and with what would have been the red section turned away from the jury. Pausing the video shows the majority of the larger red plastic section is missing, which clearly conflicts with the (only reliable) description from Sergeant Barros. Barros also states that at 2.30 pm on 29 January 2022 PROCTOR was already stating that Read’s vehicle ‘was involved in a homicide’, BEFORE HE HAD EVEN SEEN IT!

THEN when she goes out with her friends looking for him, only SHE screamed for them to stop, because she saw her dead boyfriends body. IT WAS TOTALLY COVERED WITH SNOW AT THAT POINT. The gray haired middle aged broad knew that her time was running out to find financial security and KNEW that her boyfriend was about to dump her, SO, "IF I CAN'T HAVE HIM, NOBODY GETS HIM". She killed him because she was FURIOUSLY JEALOUS and KNEW their relationship was on its way out. She wasn't going to spend her middle aged life working at Walmart. She's guilty of Second Degree Murder at MINIMUM (can't prove that she INTENTIONALLY killed him, but she sure as hell was out to hurt him and he ended up dead. NOW, the fact that she didn't just give herself up and beg for leniency in sentencing, she put everyone through FINANCIAL and EMOTIONAL pain while trying to blame OTHERS for his death. @BoxerClover don't be too sure about that, this jury has witnessed serious levels of inappropriate activity from professionals that shouldn't be doing it, for example cutting up SIM cards, butt dialing phones the magically unlocked when they were sleeping, every time a witness for the prosecution is argumentative with the most basic things in front of the jury makes it more likely she will be found innocent.
I am new to writing responses on social media, but I have to weigh in on the behavior of the Court, the prosecutors, and how the defense attorneys are treated by both entities. The commnents mentioned here about the juduge sighing are so true. Also, I did not see where anyone mentioned that judge ends court for the day once the defense starts to dig in on cross examination. I wish I could leave my job when my clients get on my nerves.😮

Why are there so many people who think they can see the jurors? I keep seeing comments during the live video indicating things about the way the jury is looking or feeling. You can not see them and they have never shown them.
