      i don’t think most people will lie - especially on the stand - but i don’t trust people’s memory at all.
      it’s not record and playback although most people think it is.
      the truth is all people’s memories change over time. i don’t trust anyone’s memories.
      is there footage of this guy plowing in this neighbor this day to get the accurate times?

      It’s sad that in a trial this size, with this many witnesses, a guy who simply tells the truth is held up as a “hero”. I guess that since many of the other witnesses seem to have alternative motives, hearing from someone who doesn’t is both refreshing and rare.

    The body was not in the snow since 2:00 am because the body temp of the deceased was 80 degrees when he got to the hospital soo he must have been placed there after the Plow driver got there I mean come on common sense if the deceased would have been dead when she supposedly hit him he would have been mummified and frozen I mean come on

    • @DrKnowsMore
      @DrKnowsMore 18 дней назад +7

      That's not what the science says. It's 2° in the first hour and then 1° per hour after that until the body reaches ambient temperature. So if he was struck around midnight, at 1:00 a.m. his temperature would be 96°. He would then have approximately 16 hours to reach 80. Don't forget that snow has an insulating effect as well.
