    I retired as a State Trooper here in North Carolina last October. I have testified in hundreds of cases. I have never ever seen a trial stop so the witness can talk to his attorney. This case should have never been brought. Shes NOT GUILTY. This ATF agent needs to be fired. He has ZERO CREDIBILITY. The injuries are NOT consistent with the backing of a motor vehicle traveling at 24 miles per hour.

    When being questioned about where his jeep was parked, Higgins actually gets visibly emotional, as the attorney calls him out on his view of the body. At this point, he isn't just acting "dumb," he is clearly "lieifying" rather than testifying. I think it was because he knew that his answers were not making any sense at all. What I really don't get is how Karen is suppose to have hit John in that location as she dropped him off at the driveway. I haven't heard anyone describe her car at that location turning around or backing up. Plus, she would have had to hit him awful hard for him to get knocked out and not make any noise after being hit. Then, there was all the time he spent at the police station both that same night rather than returning right home and all day the following day, his day off from work. Then, all the "upstairs-downstairs" craziness along with John's Apple watch showing that he had gone up and down stairs after being left off. And, those slashes on his arm which are totally unexplainable from a car backing into him.

    • @primalcritters
      @primalcritters 6 месяцев назад

      Your questions are correct because she did not hit him. FBI has confirmed his bodily injuries are not from being hit by a car, let alone a 6,000 lb suv. FBI has also confirmed the searches on Jen McCabe's phone are accurate. They killed him in the basement. The men punched him so hard in a vicious attack that he fell back hit his head had a seizure vomited and lost 3 liters of blood in the basement. That's why they ripped up the flooring in the basement before they sold off the home immediately and got rid of all their phones except for Jen's. Also the dog attacked his arm while they were attacking him so that's why they had to get rid of the dog. Karen will be found not guilty. The true Justice will occur though when the Alberts and the McCabe's are charged for murder and conspiracy and tampering with evidence

    I don't have a dog in this fight either way (I am still listening to all the testimony and evidence) but this ATF Agent is an absolute embarrassment not only to the federal agency he works under, but certainly no kind of "friend" to the man who died. You know the old saying, "with friends like that....." I think his testimony on why he returned to Canton PD after a night of endless alcohol consumption (which by the way, would have rendered him legally drunk behind the wheel) to "move some vehicles", is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. He testified he'd been drinking all night, drove under the influence, supposedly left his friend's house to go home because it had been a long day and he was tired, but instead drove to Canton PD to move some vehicles? How stupid does he think people are? Everything that's been coming to light about this guy during Karen Read's trial is astoundingly bad. I can't imagine when this is all said and done, this clown keeping his position with the ATF. At least I would hope not. And, yes, I'm gonna take a cheap shot here; In their little text message love affair, she actually referred to him several times as "hot". Say what??? Is she blind? I understand the old adage, "to each their own", but come on now. She must have been drunk when she said that. Or at the very least, confused as to who she was actually texting. This guy is single for a reason.
