- Witness Kyle Wagner said he changed passwords to the security system on Dale Warner's request on April 26, the day after Dee went missing, but did not meet Dale's request to copy information from Dee's phone since he did not feel comfortable doing so.

Kyle Wagner was a very good witness.
I dont know if I could sit there when that prosecutor speaks without telling her how rude and loud she is. She always sounds like a scolding teacher.
Most judges would put her in her place. The judge in Daybell case sure does.

Can't believe all these witnesses don't even have the respect to wear something other than jeans and old shirts to testify, and even those in the courtroom...back in the day, people had respect.
