Something I find very interesting about this case is that it isn't really about Karen Reid. Normally testimony is trying to directly prove that defendant did something but there is very little of that in this case.
Impossible to have been MV accident. John's injuries are to his _Head & Face_ & arm only. None to his torso or legs. Blood stain running down the center of his hooded shirt prove a bloody nose while upright. Laceration on BACK of head, yet he was found FACE UP. Arm puncture lacerations are obviously dog teeth wounds that have no possible motor vehicle-related cause as there was NO human DNA located on the undercarriage of Karen's car! "Hos long to die in cold" was searched by Jen at 2:27am and it was deleted prior to handing her phone over. Cellbrite data proved that! How is that NOT proof that she knew John was on the lawn at 2:27am??? High school science classes taught me that there's no way Karen's tail light would've shattered from the impact of a 4000 lb SUV hitting a freestanding, (relatively) squishy & lightweight human. That damage could only be caused by impact with a solid, stationary object like a parked vehicle or a brick wall or by being smashed w/ a hammer or bat. When those lights break, any broken pieces don't fall outward, but rather, inward, inside the housing. That's why the piece that broke at 5am when Karen backed into John's car didn't land on the ground.

You should explain "refreshed recollection", "prior inconsistent statement", "impeachment", "past recollection recorded", etc and how a defense attorney uses these concepts/strategies in cross. That would give some great context on Mr Jackson's questions and overall strategy.

The cadence told me a lot. When she's telling the truth, she's fast and can remember. When she's lying or manipulated the story she's slow and suddenly can't remember. She suddenly needs refreshing.

Something I find very interesting about this case is that it isn't really about Karen Reid. Normally testimony is trying to directly prove that defendant did something but there is very little of that in this case.

Impossible to have been MV accident. John's injuries are to his _Head & Face_ & arm only. None to his torso or legs. Blood stain running down the center of his hooded shirt prove a bloody nose while upright. Laceration on BACK of head, yet he was found FACE UP. Arm puncture lacerations are obviously dog teeth wounds that have no possible motor vehicle-related cause as there was NO human DNA located on the undercarriage of Karen's car!
"Hos long to die in cold" was searched by Jen at 2:27am and it was deleted prior to handing her phone over. Cellbrite data proved that! How is that NOT proof that she knew John was on the lawn at 2:27am???
High school science classes taught me that there's no way Karen's tail light would've shattered from the impact of a 4000 lb SUV hitting a freestanding, (relatively) squishy & lightweight human. That damage could only be caused by impact with a solid, stationary object like a parked vehicle or a brick wall or by being smashed w/ a hammer or bat.
When those lights break, any broken pieces don't fall outward, but rather, inward, inside the housing. That's why the piece that broke at 5am when Karen backed into John's car didn't land on the ground.
Are they not having Procto testifying because of the FBI investigation.
It's because he did 15 things that prove he framed Karen and the CW doesn't want to subject him to cross-examination because it will ruin their case.

You think you speak for everyone? I would've tried if I'd found him. In all cases I've seen where an innocent person finds someone dead or dying, they do attempt CPR - which is what 911 operators always instruct you to do! So you're WRONG - trying to revive someone doesn't indicate guilt - it indicates innocence.
