Hi, so I have been dumped with a BYD HVM that isnt commissioned and getting fobbed off by the installers. Its on a Fronius Gen24 system which is up and running, but under Components there is no listing for the BYD Battery. I do have the Technician Password for the Gen24 but I am not a Technician. There is also some confusing information, or lack of information. My BYD Battery has 4 cells and says it is not 30% SoC, but you say they come 30% charged. Would I just set as 5% minimum and 100% max anyway? Should I even be doing this or will I void warranties etc? The installer dumped it in my lap and said it was my problem, I called your only technical support line in Australia and the guy sounded like he was incapacitated in some opium den in Saigon

No where has the password for a customer

There is already a How-To Video, which shows you how to login into our user interface. How-To Video: Connecting to the Fronius GEN24/Tauro user interface: youtube.pulse.ly/ptf5qqwn1h The customer password is the password that is definded by your self at the initial commissiong. The technician password is only for the installer. If you have forgot your password please follow the instructions from the interface.
