TUCKED BACKLEVER RAISE and TUCKED TO FULL SUPERMAN exercise are best for backlever my progression rapidly improved definitely im going to add these exercise on workout list thanks calisthenics family, in our country we don't hv calisthenics parks so it's difficult for me to practice out side so those rings will definitely help me in achieving my calisthenics goals 🙃❤
Your app has been a game-changer for me as I embark on the back lever calisthenics journey. The way you break down the exercises and provide tips has given me a clearer roadmap to follow. Can't wait to see how far I can go with consistent practice!
I've been using your app to kickstart my journey towards mastering the back lever. The detailed instructions and video demonstrations make it so much easier to understand and practice the key progressions. Thanks for providing such valuable resources!
Your posts are the guide to my regular gymnastics training. The progress I have made in ring training has been entirely by adding your posts to my training process. Great work, warm greetings
I recently held a supinated back lever. I got the pronated one maybe a week before. I started with the pronated variant, and after reaching an advanced tuck pronated back lever, I moved on to training with supination instead. I only did three things: 1. Slow negatives with an attempt to stop and hold at the mid point (these were my attempts at the full back lever) 2. Full holds for time with tucked legs, gradually increasing how far out I sent my legs to progress 3. Full holds for time, but at easier angles, gradually increasing the amount of degrees to progress

I only did 1 to 3 of #1 and 0 to 3 of #3 per session.
@duncanwalshfitnessweightlo9329, the back lever is indeed a challenging exercise that requires proper form and progression. When performed correctly, it is safe for your shoulders!

Great to hear!
I learn a lot from you guys despite the fact that I lack a pull-up bar. I can perform pull-ups if you guys give me these rings.
If you have rings, you can train under any tree. You can always adjust the rings to be equally high even when the branch they are tied to is uneven
