    Impossible Dip would be nice, there arent many tutorials.

      Step 1: bodyweight tricep extension in the knees 15x
      Step 2: bodyweight tricep extension( working to 10 reps with hands under your head).
      Step 3: impossible bench dips, between chairs. Work to it with negatives
      Step 3.5 impossible dip with a band
      Step 4: impossible dip negatives
      Step 5: impossible dip
      Step 4: negative impossible dips

    Why are your shoulders pointing towards the floor. You’re meant to have your shoulders pointing forwards. Makes the skill a lot harder and makes it look far better.

      Because proper form is having your shoulders protracted and depressed. Clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. Retracted shoulders is a great way to injure yourself.

      Tyler Hollon I can do a back lever. Maybe I also do it like this. But his shoulder and back look way more curved than when I do it.
      And it took me ages to learn. So it’s not “easy” like he says it is. Look on my Instagram benjaminmcclean at my back lever.

      Tyler Hollon sorry I was wrong. I did the back lever today with my t shirt off to see what way my back and shoulders were when I was in position. I was slightly flatter than his demo but my shoulders did point towards the ground.
