Thank you for this - easily explained to newcomers with no presumption of prior knowledge; something many RUclipsrs to do with tech fail to address. Really appreciate it, as it can sometimes be overwhelming for people wishing to dip their toe into this. I once saw someone asking about this and someone replied with the comment OBS, the original poster then thought they were shortening the word 'OBVIOUSLY' as in you obviously should know what to do!

I’ve been console streaming for 4 years on and off now and it just sucked lol. Now, I have an awesome pc. Streamlabs was pretty confusing to me, this makes it so much easier, thank you man.
If you had ps4, you could stream on pc with remote play

OBS studios wouldn’t recognize any of my equipment so I switched to Streamlabs OBS and it is awesome. Great tutorial, never would have figured out the layering concept. 10/10
Fantastic Video- I've already streamed a few times with the other version of OBS, however I'm having issues with my few followers getting my 'Going Live' notifications. I may scrap that box and start fresh with this version!
