Jeet salal sir I’ve done the push workout today according to the pdf you prepared in the description..but it actually felt a bit easy ( I thought it would be more challenging) as I usually hit heavy with more variations on push day….any tips?
Squats 8-10rep * 3 sets
Close stance leg press 8-10rep * 3 sets
Hamstring curls 12reps *3 sets (5 pulse rep)
Standing calves raise 12 rep *3set (5 pulse rep)
Seted calves raise 12 rep *3 set (5 pulse rep)
Do stretch
