      Jeet salal sir I’ve done the push workout today according to the pdf you prepared in the description..but it actually felt a bit easy ( I thought it would be more challenging) as I usually hit heavy with more variations on push day….any tips?

    Squats 8-10rep * 3 sets
    Close stance leg press 8-10rep * 3 sets
    Hamstring curls 12reps *3 sets (5 pulse rep)
    Standing calves raise 12 rep *3set (5 pulse rep)
    Seted calves raise 12 rep *3 set (5 pulse rep)
    Do stretch
    And Go home.

    Also sir drop set main 6-8 rep thoda light weight se lagana hai? And wo ek hi set rahega?
    Kal kiya tha first day ka workout toh thoda doubt tha aaj 2nd day ka krna hai

    FOAM ROLLER IS AN EXCELLENT TOOL TO RELAX YOUR MUSCLES, GLUTE & HIP ACTIVATION IS ALSO ESSENTIAL FOR MOBILITY
    WARMUP EXERCISES
    FOAM ROLLER
    JUMPING SQUATS
    NORMAL SQUATS
    JUMPING LUNGES

    First Exercise - SQUATS - FEW WARMUP SETS - 3 WORKING SETS - REP RANGE 8-10 - REST PERIOD 2-3 MINUTES
