@@tariqali6202 reps you do after your primary reps. If You plan for 12 reps max then you do 4 reps extra,which is called pulse reps.

1st 3 days include heavy intensity as most exercises are compound movements which we can do on heavy weights
In other 3 days, there are more isolation movements hence lighter weight moderate intensity is applied
Correct me if I am wrong!
My question for jeet sir- should we use gym supporters is it necessary or we can do heavy weight training without it
