Small talk is the worst. They asked my hobbies and I mentioned reading novels as one. They said oh cool, we're all avid readers too, any book recommendations? AND I COULD NOT THINK OF A SINGLE BOOK TITLE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, so I said "no." Kill me.
I just had an aweful interview, felt so out of my league. The interviewer just intimidated me and didn’t create a warm friendly atmosphere. It didn’t bring out the best in me. I didn’t feel like answered the questions to the best of my ability. I have a different one in the next hour. Hoping it will go better and that I just block out all that happened in the previous one 😔
I’m 30 and needed to hear a funny interview story and this was exactly what I needed. Lol ! I went to a Beyoncé concert and lived my BEST life that night but my interview for my next “step” position was in SHAMBLES the next morning. I was talking and I didn’t even recognize the words coming out of my mouth lol …. Hey, you win some you lose some. I’m still at a great job so I have to just do my best next time but it hit my ego HARD. I know it was 3 years ago but …. All you can do is keep it moving and plan better lol
I had a phone interview today at 1330pm. I took a day off, practiced for a week, took a shower, cleaned my house. I was relaxing. Then, 15 minutes before my interview my firealarm started to make a sound😂😢. I have to do my interview in my backyard in 95 heat, with bird singing. I cant hardly hear the questions. 😅😢 Oh well.
Loved the video. My worst one was I ate a glazed donut with a cocoa on my way to the interview. I thought everyone was smiling at me because I was young and looking pretty good in my suit. I was in the interview and the man conducting the interview was smiling at me, during the interview he showed me a mirror and I had donut glaze all around the bottom of my face. I looked like I had mad dog disease.
Love your video but sis your foundation is seriously the wrong shade doesn't match your neck or hands whatsoever. Being black should be embraced. Don't try to be lighter

it matches her perfectly. it looking a little lighter than her neck is probably due to lighting. or some people have darker necks than their faces which is super common? either way the reach is astronomical lmaoo

Google has a tough interviewing process, but I hear it’s a great place to work.
