- Welcome to my channel. Today, I'm going to install the Cometic exhaust manifold gasket, OEM turbo manifold, and turbo. Before jumping into the next step, I'm dropping off the turbo and the wastegate actuator to my friend's shop so he can custom fabricate a bracket.

hell yeah on the gasket part number, i need a new gasket bad... I've got at least 3 studs broke right now i need to replace
The exhaust manifold studs are common to break and I took my time to removed them and I managed without breaking them...smh. So stressful lol. In the future, I'll have them all replaced once I go for more power. 😁 Bigger turbo and top mount manifold.

Awesome! I'll check your channel. 90% of the time, people will say that why not just get a DET instead lol. I'm just doing this for the knowledge only and it can be done but requires lots of funds. Overall, I'm happy so far lol.

Thanks, I'll see how much it produce hp once I'm done with this turbo conversion. I don't expect much since I'm focusing on getting it to run properly at stock boost. A large number I'm seeking in the future and with more modification. So, I'm looking forward to it. 😁

Hi, the HKS Actuator is for the R33 RB25DET and I think it will work for RB20 as well.
