Great workout. Loved everything about it. Too many commercials, but that’s not your fault!

Nice workout. 1 minute sets are killer, especially with only 30 seconds rest. I have to admit to hitting pause a few times but since I'm likely 20+ years older, I figure I deserve it. 😀
What are you lifting? Unless you're really tall I'd say you had 20s and 35s on this one today which you made look easy.
I hope you keep producing these workouts. I know you don't have a huge audience yet but that takes time. Viewers will come.
Finally, have you ever considered putting out a big weight/long rest workout?

Thanks! Very close, I was using 20s and 40s for this one. I haven't given much consideration to heavier weight and longer rest time since most people tend not to have access to heavier weights at home. Thanks for the support and motivation!

@@MaxxStewart Thanks for the response. I agree most people won't have heavy enough dumbbells for chest press or back rows but they probably do have heavy enough dumbbells to do the heavier rep/longer rest lifting on most other exercises. Either way, all good and thanks for the workout. My forearms are whupped from holding the weights that long today.
